HIGHLIGHTS
  • master Amino acid complex based on the human amino acid profile according to Prof. Dr. Lucà-Moretti: 8 essential amino acids in an optimized ratio for optimal endogenous protein synthesis.
  • Supplemented with vitamin B6 as most important coenzyme in amino acid-Metabolism
  • The blend developed by Prof. Dr. M. Lucá-Moretti, known as the Master Amino Acid Complex, boasts the highest known protein nutrient value (NNU value - Net Nitrogen Utilization) of 99%. This means that 99% of the amino acids serve as precursors for protein synthesis in the body and can be used to build body proteins.
  • With: L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-lysine HCl, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-methionine, L-tryptophan plus vitamin B6
  • Each capsule contains 682 mg of premium amino acid complex for optimal protein biosynthesis.
  • 99% net nitrogen utilization (NNU) for protein synthesis compared to only 16-48% for dietary proteins
  • Thus, only 1% nitrogen waste (as ammonia or urea)
  • Absorption is 5-13 times faster than dietary proteins, and thus it is absorbed in the small intestine after approximately 23 minutes.
  • Amino acids from the fermentation of corn starch (obtained from non-GMO corn), without additives (v.a. (without magnesium stearate)
  • The microorganisms used for fermentation are fed exclusively with purely plant-based raw materials. No animal components such as gelatin, hair, or feathers are used.
  • Ideal for increased protein requirements (z.B. Athletes, vegans/vegetarians, of an older age)
  • Vegan amino acids from fermentation (crystalline form) - Contains no animal ingredients
  • Flavorless capsules instead of tablets
  • Capsule shells made of HPMC - without PEG and carrageenan
  • Produced by us in Northern Germany and every batch is laboratory tested.

AMINO ACID METABOLISM

The intake of (digestible) proteins occurs through food. By means of eEnzymatic hydrolysis releases the amino acids from the natural food proteins, which are a mixture of amino acids.

The released amino acids subsequently represent the anabolic (building, conversion in the organism into the body's own protein) and catabolic metabolism (energy, nitrogen) is available.

Phenylalanine -> Tyrosine Adrenaline, noraderenalin, thyroxine, tyramine (sympathomimetic)
Tryptophan Serotonin, melatonin

ROLES OF AMINO ACIDS AND PROTEINS IN HUMANS

Amino acids have three central functions in our body:

  • Structural tasks (anabolic function), d.h. the structure of proteins (“proteinogenicity”)
  • Energy production (catabolic function)
  • Provision of sulfur

Proteins can be classified into the following 7 main functional groups:

Structural proteins Support structure of the organism Collagen, hair, nails,
Matrix, elastin, keratin, myosin
Contractile proteins Components of the musculature Myosin, actin
Enzymes Catalysis of many biochemical reactions,
Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory function
amylase, lipase, pepsin, trypsin,
Catalases, peroxidases, proteases
Transport and
Carrier proteins
Transport of important molecules Hemoglobin, plasma albumin, calcium-binding
Protein, Metallothioneine
Regulatory proteins Control and coordination of chemical
Reactions
Hormones (z.B. Insulin, oxytocin, insulin, glucagon
corticotropin, vasopressin, angiotensin)
Protective proteins Storage of substances
for future needs
Blood coagulation (thrombin, fibrin, fibrinogen)
Immune system (immunoglobulins, interleukins)
Storage proteins (ferritin = iron storage)
Control proteins Regulation of various processes
in the organism

ESSENTIAL, SEMI- AND NON-ESSENTIAL AMINO ACIDS

Amino acids are the smallest building blocks of a protein.Proteins are "essential building blocks of life". But amino acids also fulfill independent functional roles.

A distinction is made between essential and non-essential amino acids:

    • Essential amino acids: must be obtained through food - a Undersupply cannot be compensated for.
    • Non-essential amino acids: can be formed in the organism using essential amino acids

    What drives us

QIDOSHA was born out of the desire to unite traditional healing knowledge with modern demands. Inspired by personal experiences, we combine Ayurveda, TCM, and Western herbal medicine into a holistic approach – transparent, high-quality, and sustainably conceived.

    What shaped us

    The story behind Qidosha

My husband became seriously ill in 2014. Conventional doctors were baffled by the cause, as none of the known risk factors applied. This experience led us to delve deeply into the millennia-old wisdom of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) – not as a counterpoint to conventional medicine, but as a valuable complement. It became increasingly clear that the problem today is rarely a lack of information, but rather a lack of understanding of what actually happens in the body. Too many approaches, too many opinions – but often too little guidance and too little trust in the body's ability to regain its balance. We have deepened this knowledge over many years together with practitioners. This led to the creation of QIDOSHA: the fusion of traditional healing wisdom, modern science, and the understanding of how to specifically support the body in finding its regulation and balance again – instead of merely compensating for symptoms in the short term. With QIDOSHA, we therefore don't simply want to sell supplements, but rather spark curiosity about the fascinating connections between the body, balance, and millennia-old wisdom.

    What we are uncompromising about

    Premium quality

Many products today are becoming increasingly complex: long ingredient lists, unnecessary additives, and claims that often sound more like marketing than genuine understanding. QIDOSHA consciously pursues a different approach. Instead of adding as much as possible, we focus on specifically supporting what truly benefits the body. That's why we rely on traceable ingredients, sensible combinations, and a conscious reduction to what is truly necessary. Our products are manufactured without unnecessary fillers and additives and are consistently developed according to the "true clean label" principle: they contain only what we explicitly state. All products are manufactured in Germany, and each batch undergoes external laboratory testing – including for residues such as ethylene oxide (EtO). Because trust isn't built on loud promises, but on transparency, quality, and comprehensible decisions.

    How we think more sustainably

    Glass instead of plastic

QIDOSHA was born from the desire to support the body more consciously – and this idea doesn't stop at the contents of our products. If we place great value on traceable ingredients, purity, and conscious choices, this commitment should also be reflected in the packaging and selection of our raw materials.
That's why we consistently use recyclable glass packaging instead of traditional plastic containers. Glass protects sensitive ingredients better, requires fewer additives, and aligns with our commitment to producing products that are as minimal as possible while maintaining high quality. Furthermore, QIDOSHA is certified organic, and we prioritize organic quality where, in our view, it makes a genuine difference in the purity, origin, and quality of the raw materials.
