Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs are €4.85. We offer free shipping on orders over €45.

Deliveries abroad:
Shipping costs to Austria: 9.95 euros. We offer free shipping on orders over €99.

Shipping costs to Switzerland: 12.95 euros. We offer free shipping on orders over €129.

Shipping costs to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Malta, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Estonia, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Czech Republic: 14.95 euros
Shipping costs to Finland and Spain: 16.95 euros
Shipping costs to the United Kingdom: 18.95 euros
Shipping costs to Norway: 24.95 euros

We will refund the value of a returned shipment no later than 5 working days after receipt of the goods, provided that the returned goods are in their original packaging and undamaged.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. This also applies in the case of a return due to delayed acceptance (e.g., if the package is not collected from the drop-off point or delivery to the specified delivery address is not possible) or refusal of acceptance. In the case of a return due to delayed acceptance or refusal of acceptance, the return shipping costs (currently with DHL) are also payable. i.H.vYou will be responsible for the following shipping costs: €6.85 per package for German delivery addresses, €13.85 for Austrian or Swiss delivery addresses.

Customs duties and taxes

Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees. DELIVERY TIMES

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods will be shipped within 3-5 business days after conclusion of the contract. DHL guarantees delivery within Germany and the EU within 14 days of shipment; otherwise, delivery may take longer. Longer delivery times may occur during certain peak seasons and during promotional sales.
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
