How exciting! You are thinking about your desire to have children - maybe even for the first time...
Wanting to have children, pregnancy, the time with a baby ... these are such intense phases of life for a woman, a couple - phases full of love! ♥
According to old Ayurveda writings, parents who wanted to have children used to undergo a "cure" for several weeks - both men and women - which should prepare them. In this cure (Panchakarma cure), many toxins are eliminated from the body. Accordingly, purer genetic material is passed on afterwards.
Even if you don't want to start a Panchkarma cure, you can of course do something to prepare your body: Being in the best possible state of health will help you to father a healthy child.
Shatavari is the lady's herb in Ayurveda. Women very often take this mixed with ghee or milk or in capsule form to prepare for pregnancy. You can also open the capsules to stir the contents into milk.
